LPL Rentals, LLC is open Monday - Friday from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Is there an application fee?
Yes, there is a $30.00 application fee.
Where should I send my personal documents after I fill out the online application?
Please email any documentation to LPLRentals.LLC@gmail.com. Your application will not be considered until these documents are received.
Do you accept Section 8?
Some properties do accept Section 8 housing. Please refer to the property description where it will indicate.
Do I need to submit a separate application for each property I'm interested in?
No, please only submit ONE application. This also saves you from submitting any extra application fees too!
How does the application and leasing process work?
Once you have submitted your online application as well as the appropriate documentation to LPLRentals.LLC@gmail.com, it may take up to a week to process. The process sometimes depends on how quickly you respond to any questions or additional information requested. During this process time, we encourage you to drive by the properties you are interested in and get a feel for the property and area.
You will receive a notice via email if your rental application has been approved or denied. Once your application is approved, you can make an appointment to see any of the properties you are interested in and we have available. Once you find the property that suits your needs, a security deposit will be required to hold. The security deposit will hold the property for thirty (30) days and will remove from our available property list. When you are ready to move in, we'll make an appointment to meet to pay any other required monies, sign the lease, and get the keys to your new home!
